Testing Center
The Physical and Chemical Testing Center is a professional institution engaged in the analysis and testing of rare and refractory metals. It is an important research and development platform of Xi'an Felt Company and has been conducting analysis and testing work for 45 years. The laboratory covers an area of 2500 square meters and has 63 sets of large and medium-sized testing equipment, which basically covers all items of chemical composition, mechanics, physical properties, and metallographic testing of metal materials. The Physical and Chemical Inspection Center currently has 67 employees, of whom over 30% hold a bachelor's degree or above.
The Physical and Chemical Testing Center has opened more than 320 projects of various types and participated in the formulation/revision of 82 national and industry standards, involving titanium, zirconium, hafnium, tungsten, molybdenum, tantalum, niobium, etc; Developed a set of "Titanium Alloy Standard Materials", applied for 5 patents, and published over 500 papers of various types.
Our center is a laboratory accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and has membership in the Multilateral Recognition Agreement of the ILAC-MRA International Laboratory Cooperation Organization. The accreditation scope covers 155 items in 12 major categories.
