Chemical Filtration

In China, coal chemical industry will lead to energy shortage. High temperature syngas filtration technology is one of the key technologies in coal chemical industry. At present, most of the domestic coal chemical enterprises use ceramic filters. However, due to the poor thermal shock resistance of ceramics, brittle fracture often occurs in the production process, so they are forced to stop production for maintenance, and the production of enterprises has suffered great losses.

Metal filter is a new type of filter which appears in recent years. It has the characteristics of excellent thermal shock resistance, weldability, high air permeability, low maintenance cost, simple equipment and low investment, which greatly simplifies the existing dust removal system.
