▶ Raw material purchase control
Determination of performance index of raw materials: the technical department formulates the performance requirements of raw materials according to the requirements of relevant standards.
Selection and evaluation of suppliers: the production department selects suppliers according to the performance requirements of raw materials determined by the technical department. The supplier must be a manufacturer in the list of qualified suppliers. If a new supplier is developed, it must be evaluated and listed in the list of qualified suppliers after assessment and approval, and the qualified suppliers shall be assessed regularly.
Incoming inspection: after the arrival of raw materials, the quality inspection personnel shall carry out sampling inspection on the raw materials, and the warehousing procedures can only be handled after passing the inspection. Each batch of raw materials must be provided with the certificate and test report, and the raw materials can be taken out for use after being put into storage.
▶ Production and processing control
Formulation of process documents: develop complete process documents, including equipment operation procedures and process cards, etc. each product and each equipment has guidance documents.
Staff training: new employees should be trained in the factory to enable them to master the basic operation. After the training, they can take up their posts. At the same time, the old employees should be trained regularly to improve their operation skills and quality awareness.
Process inspection: in the production process, the process parameters are checked every 2 hours to determine that the process parameters are within a reasonable range, and timely adjust if problems occur.
Equipment maintenance: according to the characteristics of the equipment, formulate the maintenance plan for each kind of equipment. According to the plan, the equipment should be maintained on time. During the production process, the equipment should be inspected every day to deal with the problems found in time. The maintenance and repair of equipment shall be recorded and put into the equipment file.
▶ Inspection control
Inspection of raw materials: each batch of raw materials shall be inspected when they enter the factory. The inspection items include product packaging, appearance, quantity, certificate, inspection report and main performance indicators. Only after passing the inspection can they be put into storage.
Product inspection: the quality inspector conducts sampling verification according to the corresponding inspection documents, and fills in the "warehousing inspection report", and the warehouse keeper handles the warehousing procedures according to the report form. The inspection items and indexes of products shall be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of national standards.
